How to cancel your membership

If you wish to terminate your membership, please follow these steps:
1. Visit this page and request to terminate your membership before the 15th to cancel your contract during the same month
2. You will be contacted by Norrsken House staff with instructions and a confirmation of your cancellation date
3. Empty your locker by the cancellation date
4. Return your postbox key to Reception if your company is moving out
5. Return any access cards to Reception

Example: If you want to end your contract on the 26th of June, select June as your last month. You must notify us through the form above by the 15th of June. If your notice arrives after the 15th of June, your membership will be terminated in July.
