- All your guests are required to sign in on the iPad reception and attach their name tags. This is very important as we need to know who’s in the building in case of emergency or in case of a break in or theft. You as a host is responsible for making sure that they exit the building.
- In case of a planned event in the event venues at Norrsken House, the organiser is fully responsible for who enters and exits the venue during the event.
- Never let someone else in to the house unless they can verify that they are active members of the house by showing you their member profile as well as identification. If you are uncertain, always talk to the Norrsken staff or one of the Welcomers in the reception.
- Do not leave your things unattended in open, public spaces. In order to minimise risk of theft, please make sure that you have sight of your belongings at all times.
- Norrsken is not responsible for damages or disappearance of any member property.
- In case you are unsure of how to handle a specific situation, always contact the Norrsken staff immediately.
- If you see any suspicious behaviour or people that you do not recognise in the building, please report it to the Norrsken staff as soon as possible.
- Be aware of tailgating at the speed gates and other doors. Look behind you when entering or exiting the building and or restricted areas to make sure that no one sneak in behind you.
- Make sure that no unauthorized people enter the restricted member areas.
