In order to minimise the amount of rooms that are booked but not used, we ask members to check-in to their rooms when they arrive. If a meeting room is not confirmed, the meeting will be dropped after 15 minutes of the start of the booking.
Next to the TV in any of the bookable meeting rooms (Glass House 1.1 - 1.13 and Conference room 1-4), you will see a tablet that shows you the upcoming schedule for the meeting room.
- 10 minutes before your booking starts, you will receive an email where you can confirm your booking by clicking the link in the email.
- When you arrive to the room, you will see the following on the tablet. Click Check in to confirm your meeting room.
