There’s no one size fits all, that’s why all of our resources are available whenever our entrepreneurs need them. No fixed times, meetings or appointments.

- We will review your offer and let you know as soon as possible if we are in need of your services.
- If you're accepted - You will go through our Rocket Fuel Collaborator onboarding.
- We will announce your offer in our internal channels.
- Once your onboarding is complete, you will be able to participate in different activities.
Rocket Fuel Activities (examples)
- Lunch & Learn
A Lunch & Learn can be related to any topic that might be interesting for our ecosystem. It's an open, public format that allows us to attract a wide range of people to Norrsken house, while also providing benneficial content for our members. Previous topics have included everything from setting up your venture in Germany to employer branding, impact investing, and human rights. - 1:1 support
We offer the opportunity to set up a drop-in office where our members can book a time slot and sit down with you for 15-30 minutes (depending on the topic) for one-on-one support.
- Workshops (limited to longterm active Rocket Fuel Collaborator companies)
You'll be able to host in-depth workshops at Norrsken House. If you would like to plan a workshop, you can get in touch with the Norrsken team for consultation on times, topics, format etc. Before we book the workshop, we check in with our entrepreneurs to see if the topic is relevant.
Requirements for becoming a Rocket Fuel Collaborator
- Genuine interest in supporting our impact entrepreneurs
- The collaboration is evaluated for continuation every 12-months
- Minimum of 3 activities per year to be considered an active collaborator
- Inactive collaborators will be notified and removed from the published list
Terms & Conditions
The Rocket Fuel Collaboration with Norrsken House includes, but is not limited to:
i. Access to the Norrsken community, and network of entrepreneurs focusing on solving global issues,
ii. Ability to host seminars and events with entrepreneurial topics related to global issues. The activities will occur on an ongoing basis and will be announced to Members on the member webpage,
iii. Access to the premises of Norrsken House during the activities.
The services listed under i-iii above are collectively or in part referred to as “Services”.
By applying to become a Rocket Fuel Collaborator, you accept this Agreement, the Rocket Fuel Collaborator accepts that all of its agents, guests, or any other persons affiliated with the Rocket Fuel Collaborator, will use the Services in accordance with the terms of use in Appendix I (the “TOU”) and Norrsken’s house rules set forth in Appendix II (the “House Rules”). The TOU and the House Rules may be revised by Norrsken from time to time and will be published on the Norrsken House website.
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator understands that failure to comply with to the TOU may lead to termination of the Agreement.
Norrsken reserves the right to amend the TOU without prior notice, and the Rocket Fuel Collaborator acknowledges that continued use of Services is understood as explicit acceptance of the from time to time prevailing TOU.
Terms of Use
General obligations of the Rocket Fuel Collaborator
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator shares Norrsken’s vision to create a dynamic and inspiring working and meeting space dedicated to entrepreneurs who want to solve global issues. Thus, the Rocket Fuel Collaborator acknowledges the importance of treating members, any of their colleagues and guests as well as employees, agents and partners of Norrsken and others with respect.
Exclusivity
During the term of the Agreement, Norrsken does not grant any exclusive rights to the Rocket Fuel Collaborator. Thus, the Rocket Fuel Collaborator acknowledges that Services may be offered by any number of other Rocket Fuel Collaborator under similar or different terms as set forth in the Agreement.
Code of Ethical Conduct
The Code of ethical conduct outlines the behavioral standards expected of all Rocket Fuel Collaborators, their employees, and business partners.
Laws
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator abides to follow and track compliance with all laws and regulations of the countries in which they are active.
Sustainability
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator has internal sustainability policies in place when working in Norrsken House. The sustainability policies should include environmental aspects, social aspects (human rights, employee rights, health and security, etc.) and governance (business ethics, anti-corruption, transparency, etc.).
Care for employees
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator is responsible for ensuring healthy, safe and fair working conditions for all their employees and is committed to complying with all labor and employment laws and regulations of the countries in which they are active.
Discrimination
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator will not tolerate and actively work against discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or any other protected class. The Rocket Fuel partner will further attempt to promote diversity among their employees.
Harassment
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator will treat all employees, customers, business partners and other members at Norrsken House with dignity and respect at all times. Any type of harassment, including physical, sexual, verbal or other, is prohibited. Harassment can include actions, language, written words or objects that create an intimidating or hostile work environment.
Bribery/Corruption
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator does not tolerate any improper/corrupt payments or gifts to or from the company which can be perceived as bribes or fraud and has internal guidelines to minimize that risk. The Rocket Fuel Collaborator will also keep accurate books and financial records at all times and monitor that funds are not being used for bribery or facilitation payments. Anytime members feel uncertain about the legitimacy of payments, they are strongly encouraged to seek professional advice.
Suppliers
The Rocket Fuel Collaborator will ensure that sustainability is prioritised when selecting suppliers.
Final - retaliation
If there is any breach of ethical code of conduct, the Rocket Fuel Collaborator will do everything in its power to resolve the breach and ensure that it is not repeated.
Rocket Fuel Collaborators or individuals who violate the law, the ethical code of conduct, or Norrsken’s other policies, may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their collaboration.
