The Stockholm region updated its recommendations around preventing the spread of Covid-19. These recommendations included using a face mask on public transport at all times and in situations where close contact may be unavoidable; such as supermarkets, hairdressers or workplaces.
Norrsken continues to advise you not to use public transport to reach the house, if other modes of transport are possible. Within the house, you may wish to wear a mask at all times. Norrsken recommends that you always wear a face mask when you leave your desk and move around the house.
PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN YOU:
- Visit the toilet
- Get coffee/water
- Move to or from a meeting room
SOME OTHER TIPS:
- Continue to observe 2m distance from fellow members
- Use an FFP2 or FFP3 standard mask, rather than a cloth mask
- Do not use masks with valves
- Avoid speaking when wearing a mask
Please ensure you and your team are familiar with the rest of our guidelines.
Do not enter Norrsken House if you display any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been recently exposed to someone who has tested positive.
We specifically ask you to cooperate with us in the following important areas:
STARTING YOUR DAY
- Do not use public transport to travel to Norrsken House.
- Use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the building.
- Use less occupied spaces such as Library and Moon.
MEETINGS
- Take all external meetings digitally.
- We strongly advise against bringing any visitors to Norrsken House.
- Do not exceed the capacity of rooms for internal meetings.
THROUGHOUT THE DAY
- Maintain 1.5m distance between yourself and other members.
- Use hand sanitiser or wash your hands before using the coffee machines.
- Return used cups to the dishwasher.
Norrsken will continue to maintain a high standard of cleaning. High-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas such as Kitchen, Townhall and toilets are being cleaned several times each day. Doors and handles are disinfected regularly and hand sanitiser is available in all areas of the house.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in keeping Norrsken House a safe place for all members.
Best wishes,
Norrsken House team
