Can I bring my own computer screen?
It is not allowed to bring your own screen If you use the flexible spots in the house. Screens are already provided in many of the areas of the house, all you need is an HDMI adapter to connect your computer.

Can I bring my kids to the office?
1. If having your kid in our playroom for the morning helps your day, we welcome that.
2. Like in any other case, show respect to your fellow House members and make sure that for them it’s just another day at the office.
3. Like barking dogs, children that disturbs other members are not okey.

Can I bring my dog to the office?

Norrsken House welcome your dog to participate in your daily activities. If you bring your dog to Norrsken House, please respect these guidelines:

Dogs are not allowed in the following areas due to allergy:
- GlassHouse 1.12 & 1.13
- Conference room 3
Park 5 is made to be a no-pet area, so please do not let your dog stay in there
All dogs must be on a leash
Dogs are not allowed in a couch or other furnitures, please remind other dog owners about this.
Dogs must be rested on a blanket on the floor
Like other members, dogs need to be quiet and treat Norrsken House as a workplace. Dogs that bark are not welcome.

How can I get extra storage?

Several of members has a need to store roll ups and other material related to their business. Norrsken House has a limited number of extra storage located in the post office. A locker can be rented for 500 sek per month. Apply for limited extra storage in our member portal and you will be placed in a line.

Drying cabinet for towels and clothes
Need to dry your gym towel or jacket? We have now installed a futuristic-looking steaming and drying cabinet by the lockers in the entrance corridor for all members to use.

To start a drying program. Please press the On button -> Gentle dry (1:30hours) -> Start

Problems with your hight adjustable desks?
For the bigger desks out in the office there is one thing to do if the desk wont go up and down at all: Check that all the cords are attached properly in the table and the power socket.

If the desk only goes down and not up: Run it all the way down, it will then reset and go back up again.

For the smaller desks in glass house 2 if the desk wont move at all: Check that all the cords are attached properly in the table and the power socket och press both buttons at the same time for 10 sec and then try again.

Can I borrow a book from the library?

Books may be taken outside the library but should be returned at the end of the day.
